How does TrustSeal verify a domain?

You add a DNS TXT record we generate. Once detected, ownership is confirmed and the first account to verify owns the domain.

Is the badge tamper-resistant?

Yes. The embeddable badge checks live status on every load and is origin-bound to the claimed domain, so a copied badge cannot fake verification.

What do Pro and Free include?

Free gives one verified domain and a public seal page. Pro adds the embeddable badge, the Command Center, analytics and multiple domains.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancelling stops renewal — your Pro access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.

Do you support international businesses?

TrustSeal is available in English, Hindi, Spanish and Arabic, with full right-to-left support for Arabic.

This policy explains what personal data TrustSeal processes and how. We collect the minimum needed to provide verification, billing, and account services.

Data we collect

Account data: email and authentication identifiers (via Firebase Authentication).
Verification data: domains you claim and the DNS TXT records used to prove ownership.
Billing data: subscription status and identifiers from our payment processor (Razorpay). We do not store card numbers.
Usage data: limited logs and metrics needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use it

To provide and secure domain verification, badges, and seal pages.
To manage billing and entitlements.
To prevent abuse and fraudulent verification claims.

Sharing

We share data only with processors that run the service (e.g., authentication, hosting, payments) and as required by law. We do not sell personal data.

Public information

Verified domains and their public seal pages are intentionally public — that is the purpose of the trust signal. Account email is not shown publicly.
